En estos tabiques se deben colocar paneles de madera tipo OSB para dar rigidez al conjunto.<br \/>\n\u2022 Los tabiques, ni la distribuci\u00f3n interior no se pueden modificar debido a la funci\u00f3n estructural de los mismos.<br \/>\n\u2022 La poca resistencia de la estructura obliga a hacer forjados de madera, que son ligeros p tienen poco aislamiento ac\u00fastico y poca resistencia al fuego. Permite poca altura de construcci\u00f3n limitada a la altura de 2 pisos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Smart Homes:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 La estructura est\u00e1 realizada por perfiles de acero laminado en caliente, vigas. Se fabrica en taller bajo la norma EN1090. Son vigas de acero r\u00edgidas y que no se deforman.<br \/>\n\u2022 La rigidez de la estructura que soporta todo el edificio, permite que las fachadas y los tabiques interiores sean independientes, permitiendo cualquier ampliaci\u00f3n o modificaci\u00f3n posterior de la vivienda.
